Alexis Pazoumian is a French-Armenian photographer and filmmaker based in Paris, France.

Alexis Pazoumian’s work has been exhibited across major cities worldwide, and he has been a finalist for leading photography awards, including the Fondation Lagardère and Lucie Awards. Alexis Pazoumian’s photographs have appeared in major publications such as The Washington Post, The Guardian, Vanity Fair, and National Geographic. In 2020, he won the HiP Award (Honneur aux Photographes), which recognizes excellence in photography books.

Alexis Pazoumian is currently preparing a new book, JARDIN NOIR, along with a feature documentary on the same subject for France 3, RTBF, and RTS.

Alexis Pazoumian’s documentary THE BLACK GARDEN was featured at the 2024 Armenian Film Festival.
