Filmmaking Workshop for Kids Day 2

Armenian Film Society is hosting a filmmaking workshop for kids, ages 7-12, in collaboration with Sister’s Place.
The workshop introduces participants to the exciting world of filmmaking while encouraging creativity, imagination, and self-expression through film. Participants will explore storytelling, acting, directing, camera work, and creative collaboration in a fun and supportive environment. No experience required— just a willingness to collaborate and create.
The workshop is also designed to help kids thoughtfully navigate modern-day filmmaking using the tools already around them, including smartphones, while emphasizing safe, age-appropriate, and responsible creative practices.
We will be meeting on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7 from 10am-5pm at Sister’s Place (600 South Adams Street, Glendale, California 91205).
